By accessing or using Shiporah TradeSystem ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including Owner, Marketing, and Logistics roles.
2. Use of the Service
Shiporah TradeSystem is a shipment and trade-document management platform provided exclusively to authorised users. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — managing shipment records, generating trade documents, and coordinating logistics workflows. You must not share your login credentials, attempt to access data belonging to other tenants, or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at info@shiporah.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Data and reports
All shipment data, reports, and documents generated through the Service are owned by your organisation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system. Generated reports (Invoice, Packing List, Summary, etc.) are provided for your operational use and must comply with applicable trade, customs, and export regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiporah TradeSystem and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or errors in generated trade documents. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.
7. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
